Metrilus’ MetriXFreight 3D camera-based data collection and freight measurement solution, combined with Bizerba’s weighing solutions, creates a fully integrated, complete system for volume and weight measurement. It can be used to measure goods of just a few centimeters in size as well as complex picked pallets. The static measuring systems can be completely adapted to individual customer requirements. In the interaction of the components, both weight and volume data are finally generated, combined and made available to the user via a common interface. The measuring speed of the manually fed goods, packs and pallets is a few hundred milliseconds.
