API’s patent-pending Dynamic 9D Ladar System is the first interferometer-based ladar system to use Optical Frequency Chirping Interferometry (OFCI) technology. The inline system acquires dimensional as well as surface geometry data at up to 20kHz. The dual-axis systems process measurement data at 20,000 points/sec and a scanning speed of 0.2sec/cm². Raster scanning provides up to 50 lines/sec at a line spacing of 0.1mm. The integrated scale reference system provides 2D/3D accuracy of 6m/m. The system is available in three variants for ranges from 0.5 to 25m.
