Decentralized Installation Solutions for Image Processing
Image: Murrelektronik GmbH

Murrelektronik is entering the field of image processing and offers decentralized, directly in the machine environment mountable and pluggable assemblies such as switches, distributors and feeders as well as the corresponding assembled cable and connector technology. The installation solutions are modular in design and offer the possibility of integrating Vision not only in a decentralized installation concept for new machines and systems, but also in existing system architectures. The components include the Xelity Hybrid Switch, which handles data communication and to which up to four cameras can be connected, the Master Breakout Box (voltage and signal distributor) and the Injection Box (voltage and signal feeder). The data transfer rate is 1GBit/s via X-coded data lines to the switch.
