With the introduction of additional laser point sensors of the optoNCDT 1900 series from Micro-Epsilon, measuring ranges from 2 to 500mm are now covered. Sensors with laser line (LL) for metallic and structured surfaces are available for demanding measurement tasks. Their small, oval light spot compensates for fine surface irregularities. Advanced Surface Compensation ensures optimum exposure control even on challenging surfaces. The sensor also offers high resistance to ambient light. The two-stage measured value determination ensures an accurate signal curve even on steps and edges.
