New IFR President

The robotics association IFR has elected Steven Wyatt (m.) as its new president. He succeeds Junji Tsuda, Yaskawa (l.), who had been in office since December 2017. Wyatt is Global Head of Portfolio and Digital for ABB’s Robotics & Discrete Automation division.

Prior to his election as IFR President, he served his predecessor as Vice President for two years. He is succeeded in this role by Milton Guerry (right). He heads the Schunk team in the USA and is a member of the Board of Directors of the RIA.
