MV 2019 With Minus 7% Turnover

According to VDMA, the German robotics and automation industry expects sales to fall by 5% to ?14.3b in 2019 (picture). For Machine Vision, a 7% decline in industry sales is expected. Integrated Assembly Solutions anticipates a decline of 5%. Robotics is currently expecting a minus of 3%. For 2020, VDMA Robotics + Automation is forecasting a further decline in industry sales of 10%.
